RETURN & REFUND POLICY
HOW DOES RETURN WORK?
We are confident that you will be happy with when you get your purchase on hand.
If for any reasons you found mistakes caused by us and you are not totally satisfied with your order(s) within 7 days after you received the package, simply send us an email to email@example.com and claim for a return request.
In the email please include your order number found on your packing slip or in the order confirmation email received when the order was placed.

We just accept return after you have raised the return request with us via email noticing and have done all of the steps required for return process. Thus, please read carefully our instructions below:
Note that our return policy lasts 7 days since the day you received the package from us.
Follow up below information to get more details:
– If there are any mistakes from our part like wrong color, wrong size, wrong style, etc, please send us email including proof, we will check and resend replacement for you.
– Returned item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it.
– Please send the package back to us (we will give you the return address if your return is approval).
– Provide us the tracking number for the return. We will track to receive the package.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We will follow up your return, and once we receive the package, we will right away send a request to issue a refund for you.
Please wait 7 business days for the money back.
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
